At ProffPlan, we don’t just sell real estate. We work closely with investors to help them find smart, often exclusive opportunities in Dubai’s ever-changing property market. Our office is based in the Al Muraikhi Building on Sheikh Zayed Road, right in the heart of the city. The company is run by Mr. Al Jazeri.

Where We Started

We’ve been around in Dubai’s real estate scene since 2011. Back then, we were just a few professionals who understood the potential this city had. In 2022, we made it official — we registered ProffPlan as a licensed real estate consultancy.

But honestly, the story began much earlier. Some of us have been in this business since the mid-90s. That kind of experience doesn’t come from books or training — it comes from years of walking through construction sites, talking to developers, negotiating deals, and learning the city inside out.

What We Do

ProffPlan is part of a bigger group that also works in finance, legal services, admin support, and hospitality. That’s helped us build a more complete picture of what clients really need when investing in Dubai.

Our team is a mix of professionals — many of us born or raised here — and we understand more than just property prices. We know the neighborhoods, the people, and the small details that can make or break a good deal.

Most of what we do is off-market, meaning we don’t just rely on listings. We go looking for projects and properties that don’t show up in regular ads. That gives our clients a head start, which in real estate can make a huge difference.

We also work across the region, especially in GCC countries. There’s a lot happening outside of Dubai also, and we’re paying close attention.

Why We Teach

Something we care about: raising the standard. That’s why we run workshops and short courses for people in real estate. Topics like contracts, market reading, negotiation, and area knowledge — things you don’t always learn on the job.
